They play a vital role, forming the human connection between various customers and multiple different business entities. As an agent you’ll answer client inquiries and questions regarding multiple products and services that our organization both produces and provides. Most of the job duties are performed by telephone in the call center; occasionally our agents communicate by email or face-to-face. Details We are seeking qualified Customer Service professionals to fill the following hours: 6am-11am CST Sunday-Saturday and 5pm-11pm Sunday-Saturday CST $15.00 per hour base pay plus ability to earn bonus up to $18-19 per hour GREAT opportunity for college students or those seeking a flexible schedule
