About You

You’re a self-motivated software technologist specializing in crafting innovative solutions that are valued by our customers, simplifies tasks for users, and improves the performance of their business. You are skilled at determining optimal solutions, scope, requirements, technology delivery governance, design, testing, timeline, and budget. You bring exceptional communication skills and the ability to build and maintain proactive relationships spanning team members, vendors, and cross-functional teams. You’re a visible and influential motivator, able to inspire, guide, and teach others.


  • Develop new applications and improve our existing ones in performance, capability, and reliability
  • Work directly with stakeholders to understand real world problems in our domain 
  • Manage technical development of software from inception through user acceptance, including projects which affect multiple departments and/or pose high risk situations
  • Evolve problem statements into actionable items that deliver measurable value
  • Demonstrate ownership of initiatives and drive them through to completion
  • Recommend new solutions by comparing advantages and disadvantages of custom development versus purchasing and/or integrating alternatives


  • 4+ years of experience in developing software programs; or equivalent combination of education/experience
  • Very strong knowledge of PHP, JavaScript, and JSON
  • Very strong knowledge of MySQL and PHP integration
  • Very strong HTML / XHTML knowledge
  • Very strong CSS knowledge
  • Strong knowledge building applications using RESTful APIs and HTTP
  • Experience with agile methodologies and tools, like Jira
  • Detail-oriented and organized with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Demonstrated ability to learn new technologies and deliver measurable results
  • Strong analysis, problem solving, and troubleshooting skills
  • Eager to dig into problems and bring proposed solutions to group discussion
  • Open to feedback and able to creatively adapt multiple ideas into a solution
Bonus Points:
  • Experience with React and/or Redux
  • Experience with Twilio, Twilio Flex
  • Automotive industry experience
